About the role

The Community Specialist is a people person who creates connection and a sense of belonging for the members of Co-labs Coworking. The Community Specialist has a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to bring the community together. Ultimately, the Community Specialist will be
the key person in the community to create a welcoming and collaborative environment between members.

Responsibilities

Build a welcoming community environment and effective relationships with members
Ideate, plan, and execute community events
Promote community events through various marketing channel
Identify partnership opportunities to connect members
Contribute to the company’s overall revenue through supporting sales and walk-in tours

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A highly energized individual that enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
Resourceful and adaptive to changes and uncertainties
A strong sense of urgency responsibility, accountability, commitment, and curiosity
A team player with a positive attitude, able to work under pressure, comfortable with dealing with time-sensitive tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service and/or sales experience is a plus
Passion for entrepreneurial communities and an understanding of coworking and Co-labs Coworking’s values
Proficient in basic computer skills
