About the role

We are on the lookout for a passionate marketer, who breathes ideas and creativity. You will be responsible for growing the brand's social media channels and owning the lifecycle stages of lead generation and inbound lead communications, working closely with an awesome team to execute these brilliant ideas together.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
  2. Create and deliver content across social media different platforms.
  3. Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for output.
  4. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
  5. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  6. Recommend improvements to increase performance.
  7. Responsible for Inbound customer relationship management, including attending to all customer inquiries across channels such as e-mail, website and direct messaging.
  8. Assist to develop, launch, and manage new campaigns that promote organisation and brand.
  9. Assist in any third-party marketing services, partnerships and collaboration.
  10. Assist in copywriting, proofreading creative copy, website blog & any other marketing collaterals.

Key requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, PR, or any other related field with a minimum work experience of 1 year or more.
  2. A wordsmith with good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate the brand voice to leads and potential customers via both online and offline channels.
  3. Understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms.
  4. Good photography, videography & editing skills for social media use.
  5. Self-starter with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for solving creative challenges.
  6. Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics.
  7. Online community management and customer service skills.
  8. Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
