10 September 2026 marked an exciting new chapter for Co-labs Coworking as we officially opened Co-labs Coworking Sunway Square, our 10th location and first premium-setting workspace.
Located on Level 9 of Sunway Square Corporate Tower 1, the new flagship workspace brings together elevated design, flexible workspace solutions and a hospitality-led experience created for the evolving needs of modern businesses.
Spanning approximately 19,000 sq ft and accommodating up to 268 people, Co-labs Coworking Sunway Square is designed to support businesses at different stages of growth, from individuals and smaller teams to multinational companies and larger enterprises.
The workspace features four enterprise suites, 30 private offices, eight fixed desks and eight open workspace access, providing businesses with greater flexibility to choose and customise a workspace around the way their teams operate.
A Grand Launch to Remember
To celebrate the official opening, we welcomed business leaders, partners, members of the media and invited guests to experience Co-labs Coworking Sunway Square firsthand.
From dedicated chauffeur arrivals for our speakers and media guests to an exceptional culinary experience by Bidou, led by two-MICHELIN-starred Chef Darren Teoh, every part of the launch was thoughtfully curated to reflect the elevated and hospitality-led experience behind our newest workspace.
The launch was officiated by Benjamin Teo Jong Hian, Deputy Chairman & Executive Director of Paramount Corporation Berhad, alongside

- Foong Poh Seng, Chief Financial Officer; and

Beyond unveiling the new space, the launch was also about bringing people together.
